TOOLS WE USE
We host conversations that matter by harnessing the wisdom of groups of any size.
Relevel utilizes a blend of the most powerful facilitation methods to create open dialog that clarifies direction. We incorporate collaborative methods such as Strategic Doing, World Café, Open Space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry, The Circle Way, and Strengths-Based Interviewing.
We also offer these assessments: Be Well Lead Well Pulse®, BarOn EQ-i Emotional Intelligence, CliftonStrengths and True Colors Personality.
What question, if answered, would take you to the next level?
We believe that the questions we ask are fateful; they shape and even determine the answers. Worn out questions limit our capacity. Our current challenges cannot be solved with the original thinking that created them.
